Natebeenfit is operated by Nathanael Alcide. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first subscription payment on any plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual).
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all refunds on our behalf.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. You'll need the email address you used at checkout and, if possible, your order or receipt number (Paddle emails this to you after purchase). Paddle will verify your purchase and process eligible refunds back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then.
For renewal charges (after your first payment), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you forgot to cancel — contact Paddle at paddle.net promptly and we'll work with them to review your request in good faith.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact Paddle first. Most billing questions can be resolved much faster directly with Paddle's support team.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
